Today was Ripped Conditioning + Abs. My abs felt better today than they have lately, but obviously still burned. I went to the gray band for Ripped Conditioning, so that was a wake up call. It felt to be at least twice as heavy as the blue band that I was on last. It’s hard to believe that glorified rubber bands can cause so much pain. I went back to the blue band for the killer move of 90 seconds of I’s Y’s T’s. Even so, my arms were trembling afterwards.
Nutrition was good today. Protein with every meal and quite a bit of milk, as usual lately. I have to sing tomorrow, so there will be only water then, so I had to stock up.
Tomorrow will be Muay Thai. So this is a fairly easy start to the week, but with Plyo and Cardio looming in back to backs at the end of the week, I think I deserve this slow ramp up.
